Chartwell updated Keith’s website to more accurately reflect its brand and ensured the new site included best practices for design, navigation and responsiveness. The new site has a strong image-driven design, focusing on the personal connections created at Keith. Chartwell also reduced the amount of content, removing clutter and giving attention to the most important messages.
We focused primarily on admissions, highlighting the Keith process approach, outcomes, faculty and experiences. Faculty/staff headshots and bios also were spotlighted, personalizing the school’s staff members and building confidence in the excellence
Another focus was on current student and family life, with easy access to the information and functionality families need to interact meaningfully with the school. Intuitive, quick links and other resources for families will make the site more useful for them. There was also a focus on donors and alumni, making online giving and information sharing possible.
The updated website shares information and promotes the school brand, promise and its features. The redesign allowed the school to provide more meaningful, regularly updated content to potential families, current families, donors and alumni. Additionally, there was a renewed connection to individuals through the website, social media and other e-communications.
