Elizabeth Lazdins has more than 15 years of customer service experience. In her role as First Impressions Officer, she provides multi-faceted office support by streamlining workflow and enhancing staff capability. She also oversees the mission-critical role within our digital department to ensure our clients have an impactful first impression. She is passionate about finding ways to improve service and assisting customers in achieving their goals.

Lazdins oversees clients’ social paid media efforts, develops the monthly client digital dashboards, provides mid-month digital analytics, and manages the Google Analytics efforts for clients. She also conducts and provides project management for our client’s SEO audits.

Her previous professional experience includes several roles at the Rockford Public Library, most recently as the Senior Library Clerk, where she served on several committees that developed strategies and programs that benefited the public and staff, through training, education, and entertainment. She created the Emergency Preparedness Committee, which was dedicated to preparing the staff for a variety of emergencies through training and drills. She also developed a community preparedness day that included meteorologists, storm chasers, emergency services and other organizations to educate the public on disaster preparedness.

Lazdins graduated from Beloit College in 2001 with a B.A. in Anthropology. In the summer, she volunteers with the Sinnissippi Audubon Society for their annual fledgewatch of Rockford’s nesting pair of peregrine falcons.
